I made these ribs and they did not disappoint. This is my favorite item on P. F. Chang's menu, and this recipe is just like the restaurant's ribs. Thank you for your work in creating this recipe, it might be better than the restaurant's version.

The flavor is absolutely exact. My ribs did not come out tender but I have boiled ribs before and they come very tender so I think it was a fluke this time. But the flavor is amazing.

I made these ribs for my daughter's baby shower. I had 7 racks of ribs. I had none left over. Everyone loved the sauce.

They taste so much like the ones at P.F. Chang's!!! They were a big hit at my Memorial Day BBQ....everyone was licking their fingers!!!
