This soup is really great. I had this soup at the restaurant and found this and I was so excited. I made it and I thought this was better than what I had at the restaurant, then I realized I had eaten the soup at the Corner Bakery. No worries, this is great! Good job, Todd!

I've made this a few times and it's a winner each time! The prep work is worth the finished product. Absolutely delicious! Thank you!

This recipe is amazing. After making my own soup at home, I can no longer eat the packaged Panera soup sold at stores - it just isn't as good as this recipe. The only change I do make is maybe add an extract potato or two.
