I made these according to TSR and they were outstanding!!! I did change a thing or 2 tho, I marinated the wings and drums (normal size not the tiny ones that Outback uses) in a container of Yuengling Porter beer for 3 hours. I then proceeded with the TSR recipe. I did cook them in Lard at 350ish. All in all they were so delicious! I had found this website(TSR) just as I was looking at another to try to make these hense the lard. I added the Porter just to see what it would do to the taste. The next batch I make will be spot on the TSR recipe. Thanks for a great meal!!

Pretty darn close to Outback and the difference that we tasted may have been because I made these in an air fryer. Now I’m ready to buy more Top Secret recipes.

The wings were just like outback thank you, but I season my wings just a little before then dip them in the batter. (Season with a little season salt and morton's nature's seasong then following the recipe). Instead of hot sauce frank's wing sauce

My family absolutely loved these. If you want a crispy crusty outer, use self-rising flour.

After all your other recipes I tried and won with, man, this one Bombed. I followed it to the T, but the result had Absolutely Nothing to do with the wings at Outback. Sorry. This one needs more work...
