This is seriously, seriously delicious!!! Quick note: adding dairy to an acidic tomato product CAN cause the fats to separate and give it a "grainy" appearance. To avoid this (having worked in professional kitchens), add a teaspoon or so of Baking Powder to your tomato product BEFORE you add the dairy!!! It'll foam like crazy, just stir. The foam dies down and the Baking Powder helps to neutralize the acid so when adding dairy, the fat doesn't separate and give that unappealing, but harmless, grainy appearance!!! Enjoy: It's seriously, seriously delicious!!! Totally NOT per the restaurant, but I served with another healthy dollop of ricotta on top, just to use up the rest of the container! :) ~Chrissie

This is exactly like in the restaurant. If you went on their best night ever. Seriously tastes just like it but better.
