Spot on dude! It's got the same rubbery texture and taste. That's not a bad thing if you like Mickey D's cakes, which I do. Nice job!

I always struggle to get my hotcakes right. These are fantastic and my husband swears they are just like McDonalds.

Hi Todd, this recipe is spot on and very good. It tastes exactly as the McDonald’s version, but what I find impressive is how you could replicate the texture. Thank you for another hit!
