Fantastic fries and seasoning! For those complaining about the spice being too salty, since garlic salt is 3:1 salt to garlic powder (not garlic salt), and onion salt is 1:1 salt to onion powder, I extrapolated this recipe to be:
3 parts garlic *powder*
2 parts onion *powder*
1 part pepper
11 parts salt.
Adjust the salt in the ratio as desired.

These fries were really good and pretty easy. The recipe calls for way too much salt in my opinion--only 1/4 of the salt mixture is actually needed. I halved it and fed 10 people this recipe this weekend and they all said the same: very good but way too salty.

These fries were great, I loved the taste and my family loved it too!

The flavor and texture of these fries are unbelivable. I don't believe I have ever had fries from any restaurant or frozen bag that could even come close to being as good as these are! Thanks.
