DANG! That was good! I got so excited after making these that you could've tied my neck to a pole on an ant hill and smear my ear with jam! They were that good.

I followed this recipe to the letter and it was AWESOME! Try it with sliced bananas AND strawberries for an even better treat. Super easy and delicious! Everyone should try this!

I am really excited about this recipe. I was recently at Knott's Berry Farm and was so sad I forgot to by funnel cake mix. Now thanks to you I can do this at home whenever I feel the urge.

Excellent! This is also a great batter to re-create the deep-fried Oreos like I tasted at the Akroteria in Cape May, New Jersey this Summer. Just dip the Oreos in the batter and then fry them until golden brown. Mmmmmmm!

I've been trying to make funnel cakes for years, they are $4.50 or more at the fairs and theaters. These taste just like the carney ones!!
