My daughter and I LOVE this recipe! The second time we made it, though, we skipped the flour and the last tablespoon of half & half. It really doesn't need it to thicken up. Just delicious, Todd! Keep up the great work!

I made this recipe for my husband last night because he had a craving for cinnamon rolls, but I just didn't have the time. He actually used the word "phenomenal". Thanks Todd...another fabulous recipe :-)

I have never had the original version from IHOP, but this recipe was outstanding and a lot of fun to make. My whole family enjoyed it very much, and since this was the first Top Secret Recipe my wife has allowed me to make, she has agreed to let me make a fuss using your recipes to recreate the originals at home. I say, it's about time. Do you know how many of your recipes I've printed. Keep up the good work.

This is a very good recipe except for one problem with the method. The flour is being added dead last and not cooked. It should be added to the melted butter to make a roux and cooked whisking for 1-2 minutes to cook the raw flour taste out of the mixture. Then proceed as directed for a wonderful cinnamon sauce. Add a pinch of allspice and you'll make it 5 stars!!!
