This is pretty close to Fuddruckers seasoning. I'll start by saying I've offered employees bribes in store and they wouldn't budge. Then, the location that was closest to me, about an hour away, abruptly shut it's doors and there was no more free cheese sauce for the world's best spuds lol. It might be a childhood thing for me but I grew up thinking that Fuddruckers had the best french fries ever. My parents took us once a week on Kids Eat Free Night for our night out. I never thought that they were seasoning their burgers with spud spice. That's what they call it. I happened upon this recipe looking for spud spice and I'm okay that you mislabeled it lol. It's not exact but it still gets five stars because it's really, really, really, close! Thank you Sir!

This is THE best hamburger seasoning I've ever used! I use it for every burger I cook in my Ninja Grill and it's nothing short of an amazing deliciousness! I use it at every family grilling get-together and everyone just raves and raves about how great the burgers are! Even my little nieces and nephew's get excited when they find out that Uncle Rob is making his burgers with that awesome tasting seasoning. Todd deserves major kudos for hacking this! I tell everyone that I got the seasoning recipe from here!

Was a little salty for me. I removed 1/4 t of salt and it was perfect! Thank you, Todd, for the recipe.

I love this seasoning. Every time I use it, everyone comments on how good the burgers are. I add mine to the hamburger before I form it into patties, using 1-2 teaspoons per pound (usually 2 teaspoons).

I love this seasoning. It makes amazing burgers and you can put it on all kinds of things. I even put it in my chicken salad.

The first time I made this, I followed the directions exactly.. This time, I followed the recipe except I used larger portions & doubled up on the brown sugar.. Both mixes are really yummy! This has been my 'go to' mix for about 3-4 months. Love it!!
