Since famous Dave’s has stopped serving and I was on a hunt for a recipe and this is definitely the closest and the best one although this is the only one I’ve tried but still it taste just like it.

I've tried other recipes claiming to be the recipe for Famous Dave's salmon spread. Being that they no longer serve it, I have been on a quest. This spread is so good and just like I remember. This recipe alone has made me a believer in Top Secret Recipes. Try this one, you won't be disappointed.

I tried this receipe only because my Son had some frozen fish that we were going to use for a large end-of-summer/fall cookout today.It turned out great. I have always soaked my fish in milk or buttermilk to thaw it out, that may have made a difference. But, everyone thought that we had ordered out for this, even while they were there watching us grill the Steelhead and two Salmon. Thanks Todd
