I have loved this sandwich since I was a kid. Thanks for the recipe.

My 14 year old son luvs the Super Bird sandwich at Denny's and had doubts that I could make one as good... well thanks to you and your site I proved him wrong. MODIFICATIONS: Bread; I use a sliced Sourdough Round which is larger than Denny's - Cheese; I only had Cheddar Cheese at home but my sons both luv cheddar so it was OK - Bacon; 3 slices of Pepper Bacon.

I had one at Denny's last week and remembered how much I like this sandwich! It is super easy to make and doesn't need any sauce for flavor. I used muenster cheese and white bread, and substituted ham for the bacon. I guess I like fried turkey sandwiches.
