I'll be honest - I've never actually had the fish tacos from Del Taco for a proper copycat comparison.....but I have had fish tacos from PLENTY of other spots, and these were so tasty and delicious - not to mention incredibly cost-effective! Thanks for the recipe, Todd!!

This is perfect !! Will be added to our family menu on a regular basis. I did make a mild alteration though. I used a single street taco flour tortilla instead of 2 corn tortillas. I opted to mix the salsa, cabbage and sauce together. It worked out beautifully. They are small but very filling. Thank you Todd. Another hit out of the park.

This sauce is also good on sandwiches.
