The muffins were good. Did not taste like Costco (my fav). I will keep searching.

As always with Todd's recipes - perfect! Super fluffy and light. I used the whip attachment for the sugar and butter (no margarine in my house) added 3 ripe bananas with the oil. I used the paddle attachment with the rest of the ingredients and put the baking powder in a little water before adding to help it blend in before adding and did not alter any of the other flavors except leaving off the added 2Tof sugar. It made 12 good sized muffins and baked for about 35-40 minutes and were done with a light brown top. Delicious banana blueberry muffins!

These are so good, so easy to make.. I ended up making six batches handed them out to co workers and friends everyone loved them, well done Todd as always thank you

Thanks, Todd, Omg, these are so good. I could say even better than Costco, since they turned out a little crunchy on top. I made 6 texas sized muffins with the recipe. I only had fresh blueberries, so I put them in the freezer while I prepared the batter. Worked out great. Would add a photo if there was a way.
