This was delicious. I did change it a little I added 2 1/2 cups of beef broth and only 3/4 cups of wine. Apart from that did everything else.

This is my favorite dish at Cheesecake Factory and this recipe does not disappoint! Todd nailed this one to a T. Super easy to follow and delicious.

This is another recipe that looked very complicated before, but now, I see how to do it and have confidence I can do it at home without as much fear as before. Like I tell people, eating out anymore just costs too much for most people nowadays, so I am glad that Todd is showing us how to do all of these things at home and how to make Somethings -- that are too outrageous for everyone to get a plate of at restaurants -- at home: much cheaper and probably better tasting.
