I made this yesterday. Spot on. I did reduce the amount of thyme and sage, about half. Used Vidalia onion instead of purple. Reduced the milk by 1/4 cup. I cooked in my air fryer. Loved this!

This is my new #1 recipe. All the kids got seconds and we had no leftovers. AMAZING Todd!

It tastes just like Cheesecake Factory's meatloaf! It's delicious! I wouldn't change any of the ingredients. Thanks for the recipe!

If I ever make this again, I will cut the thyme, oregano and sage to 1/4 tsp. each and 1 tsp. of salt in the meatloaf. I would cut out the salt and pepper and saute the onions in only 1 tbls of butter. I have had this meatloaf at the Cheesecake Factory and I don't recall it tasting like this recipe.

I am always trying new meatloaf recipes, but this one is the tops. No more looking for me. It is moist, wonderfully flavored and the onions and gravy are perfect.
