HUGE HIT!!!!!! This recipe is so delicious it deserves a review and is absolutely worth paying for. We don't have The Cheesecake Factory in Alaska sooooo.....

My niece requested from me The Cheesecake Factory Banana Cream pie cheesecake for her birthday so I hunted online and found this recipe. She said it tasted exactly the same and everyone at her party raved about it, asking me to make it for future family events.

I did make this recipe into cupcakes instead of the cake to make it easier for everyone to just grab and go. It made 30 regular sized cupcakes. The bavarian layer, I had to make two batches to cover all 30 cupcakes but the whipped cream layer was enough for all. With the base I ended up combining graham crumbs with the cookie crumbs because I was nervous I wouldn't have enough for the base layer. I had far more than enough but the combo crumb layer was delish. Baked at 325 for 22 min. and they were perfect.

I will definitely be coming back to research more recipes on here with how amazing this one was.

Tried the recipe, the flavors are delicious, too much sugar for my taste, I adjusted the recipe to 1/4 less than indicated in the recipe. What didn't succeed in is that it is not as airy as on the photo.Personally, I think cake without bavarian cream tastes better. Definitely will beacon again.

Tried this recipe out for my husband's birthday. This cheesecake is his favorite at the restaurant and he loved it. Just be sure to wrap the pan before placing in the oven. The first time I had snagged the foil on bottom and had a water-logged crust. Will make this one over and over again.
