I've been hooked on Todd"s recipes for years. I made this dressing the other night. It was so incredibly delicious. As are all of his recipes. Now we loved this dressing so much that I said to my wife we should actually try and find a Carrabba's so we can see how spot on this is. Then I said ahhh who cares what Carrabba's taste like this is incredible. To me even though he is a master at cloning these recipes pretty damn perfect. It doesnt really matter if they're a perfect clone cause they're always delicious!!!!!

This recipe is great. I have never had the orginal from Carrabas but nonetheless I love this recipe!

Made this right after it appeared on the Website. It was very good and one I have made several times. I usually go for French or Italian, but this is delicious.
