  • 2 medium tomatoes, quartered
  • ½ fresh jalapeno pepper, stem and seeds removed
  • 2 leaves fresh cilantro
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
Do This

1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse 3 to 5 times on low speed until the vegetables are well-chopped. Be careful that you don’t over-chop and puree the ingredients. Pour everything, including the liquid, into a medium bowl.

2. Cover and chill for several hours.

Makes 1 cup.

The peppers in this salsa are Serrano not jalapeno

If you are looking fot the SAME taste as the pollo loco house salsa, this is it! No need to add more ingredients, goes perfect w mexican food. So easy and deli!!!
