This recipe hits all the right notes. Made it for the football playoff games and it was a big favorite with everyone! Hard to not eat more than you probably should.

This one was excellent! We needed it slightly thicker for nachos so we mixed a little cornstarch into some cold water and added it to the cheese at the end. Kids were in LOVE. Thanks Todd!
