By far this is the easiest Mac & Cheese recipe I have ever made. The taste is superior to Popeye's original and it reheats so easily, maintaining its consistency and taste. My mom's recipe is still the most favored one in the family though however, this is a very close call.

This is, by far, the BEST mac and cheese I've ever tried. Tastes even better than Popeyes and is so easy and inexpensive to make. I double this recipe and bake in a 9x13 pan and my 3 teenagers always devour this in less than 2 days. This comes together quickly and reheats like a dream.
