Even though bartenders are instructed to make this creamy drink without adding ice, go ahead and thicken yours up by adding a few cubes to the blender for more of a shake-like drink with the perfect richness level.

Just because it's tropical doesn't mean it's typical. There's a lot of Malibu rum flowing out there these days, and when it's mixed with Midori and fruit juices you've got a drink only those without a single sweet tooth in them could turn down.

You will thaw out a box of frozen strawberries, Grasshopper, to make this most delicious drink in a blender, with rums and juice and amaretto. Ah, yes, you have learned much, my son.

Ah, Alize. The chilled blend of cognac and fruit makes magic with pina colada mix in this take on a chain specialty.

This one's a variation on the old-time potent favorite, Long Island Iced Tea. While the restaurant has another version of this drink made with the less-expensive "well" alcohol, this concoction is whipped up with top shelf stuff comprising—as the menu says—"a powder keg of ingredients..and a blasting cap full of cola." Still, you can use your favorite liquors or whatever you have on the shelf, be it on the top, middle, or bottom.

Menu Description: "Quickly-cooked spiced chicken served with cool lettuce cups."

While working on the formula for P.F. Chang's Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps, I discovered that there were several ways I could improve the clone recipe for the Chicken Wraps that I published in Top Secret Restaurant Recipes 2. I've now perfected the flavor of the stir-fry with the addition of mirin (a sweetened sake syrup) and oyster sauce, both of which you can find in your market where the Asian foods are stocked. The "special sauce" that you spoon over your wraps has also been tweaked and perfected. And fnally, after reducing the amount of chicken from two breasts fillets to just one, I think this new and improved version of P.F. Chang's most popular dish is the absolute best clone it can be.

You may be surprised not to find any pear ingredients in this drink. Rather, the flavors of lime juice, sour apple schnapps, citrus rum, and pineapple juice combine to create what P.F. Chang's bartenders claim is a refreshing pear-like flavor. Does it taste like pear to you? Regardless, the drink is excellent, especially if you dig mojitos.

Amaretto works it's nutty magic to set this drink apart from other lemonade cocktails. Use pre-made lemonade or get up the gumption to make it yourself from fresh-squeezed lemons as described in my Hot Dog on a Stick Muscle Beach Lemonade copycat recipe.

The cool thing about this Top Secret Recipe is that many of the ingredients come in a kit designed for making strawberry cheesecake. Find Jell-O No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Mix near the puddings in your supermarket and you have half of the ingredients locked up. Inside the box are three separate packets: strawberries in syrup, the cheesecake mix powder, and graham cracker crumbs. You'll also need vanilla ice cream, a cup of milk, and some canned whipped cream. Toss the first four ingredients below in a blender until smooth, fill 2 glasses, and then top off the shakes with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs from the kit. Everyone will freak out when they suck strawberry cheesecake through a straw. The recipe below makes 2 regular size shakes, but you can make another 2 shakes using up the remaining strawberries from the cheesecake kit. If you get some additional strawberries in syrup, you can make as many as 8 more shake clones with the remaining cheesecake mix powder and graham cracker crumbs.
