The texture was spot on but not the flavor. It needs more butter and sugar. It wasn’t that bad just not like CPK

Never been to a California Pizza Kitchen but this recipe looked easy and who doesn't love a cake named after butter? I am keto so I had to modify the recipe to use my own proprietary blend of keto flours. It turned out AMAZING! Also, I made it in a loaf pan because I don't own ramekins. I will definitely be making this again! It was so much better than I could have ever imagined! I didn't even need the ice cream!
